JB Nealy Fence did a fantastic job with our common area fence! We needed a black metal fence to match what was already installed around our pool. These can be pricey but this company was able to see our vision and install one for us for a great rate. The owner himself came back out immediately when we needed to take a piece down temporarily to get a shed installed. Great rates, excellent communication, professional service. Would use again! Bradley did an amazing job! I called to have my gate moved back and widened. The previous owner of my house installed the fence, but had the gate right in front of the gas meter making it 1) unsafe and 2) impossible to barely get a push mower through. The previous owner didn’t seal the fence either, and because of the slope of the neighbors yard there was a drainage problem on the left where it permanently felt like that side of the yard was a swamp. Bradley came with his crew and gave me the best options with fair pricing. My only deal breaker was if he couldn’t get it done before the end of the month because I was having hardscapers coming who needed the gate to be much bigger to get their equipment through. Bradley promised he could do it by 12 October, so I hired him in faith he’d keep his word despite the whole town needing fence repairs after the hurricane Helene. In fact, he and his crew got it done more than a week ahead of schedule! All the work included a French drain, digging out 2/3 of the fence line and laying rocks under the side of the fence with the drainage problem, capping and moving sprinklers, removing the old gate and installing the new one a few feet back with the metal bars, pressure washing and staining my fence. He even picked up the stain I ordered from Lowes for me so I didn’t have to worry about doing those things after work. He was really nice because I moved into the house only a couple months ago and had yet to meet my neighbors, so since he was working on the fence, he went with me to talk to my neighbors on both sides to explain what he was doing and make sure they were cool with it. Turned out they were both really happy I was beautifying the fence and fixing drainage problems we all had. I highly recommend his company, because he will make sure you are 100% satisfied and keep you in the loop the whole time before he calls the job complete. See more See less
